My monthly fee includes "free" (I say it in quotes because it's not really free, I pay for it) etools. I've seen a lot of impressive etool systems before but I have to say that Weight Watchers takes the cake. It's appealing to the eyes but the search engines are also powerful and chocked full of food and recipes. It's easy to maneuver through and I actually enjoyed entering my points online. I think it's very helpful to see the breakdown in points and to look back on what I ate. For example, I won't have this breakfast again or I'll have slight modifications because it was 6 points and I felt hungry shortly after.
At the beginning of the post I said that I no longer think in perfection but success as how I define it. I consider today a successful day because I was able to track everything I ate and drank and I did not "forget" things. "Forgetting" isn't harmful to anyone but myself and really I'm not cheating the system, only myself.
