Day 3: Emotional Eating

Today I just felt like emotionally eating. It's so simple when you actually think about it. When I feel bad I just want to eat and when I'm bored I just want to eat and when I just want to escape from myself, I just want to eat. I don't know when eating because my escape from my feelings, I probably learned it from my family, but it is something I am very aware of now.

I don't think I'll be having Butoni anymore but the reason I did have it was because it was on sale at the store and I really wanted to try it. At 7 points I really don't know if it was worth it. I really need to examine recipes online a little more to get the most bang for my buck.
